This privacy policy is designed to inform you, as a client of Welcome Yourself services (both online and in-person), about the basis on which your information is collected, how these details are stored, how such information is used, whether it is shared, and the measures taken to safeguard users' privacy.
Attila Lazar serves as the Data Controller, in accordance with the General Data Protection Act 2018. He will handle your data following the regulations set by data privacy law.
Basis on which personal data is collected
Your personal data is collected based on the contract between you and the Roots Healing to provide you with the service.
You have the right to refuse to provide personal information, but this will mean we are unable to provide you any services.

What information we collect and how these are stored
We gather essential information which you enter on the website or provide me in any other way to book your visit and to deliver service(s) to you. During therapy and life coaching sessions we keep progress records which will include both personal and sensitive information. This may include details about your physical and mental health, as well as any personal history you choose to share. We may also collect comments, feedback, reviews or recommendations if they are provided by you. These all remain private and not shared by third parties. Your session reviews might be published online with your written consent. All your personal and sensitive information are kept off-line in a locked location. Your name and phone number might however be stored on our mobile phones as well as our email and text message conversations.
To deliver our service, we may use various clinics and office locations which may be subject to CCTV recordings for security purposes. If such situation occurs, we will inform you about those prior to you first appointment. We have no control over how these CCTV recordings are stored and used.

How your information is used
Your information will be used for appointment bookings, sending reminders before scheduled sessions and to track the progress of treatment/coaching over the time. Case history records are not only used to inform the session delivery, to track your personal progress, but also kept for insurance purposes. If you are purchasing products or digital services via website your personal information will be used to complete transaction and deliver service to you.​ Your basic personal details are also used for accounting purposes and to provide you with the invoice/receipt if you request one.
Confidentiality
Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared with any other organisations or individuals, unless required by law. We may consult anonymous cases for supervision purposes, ensuring that no personal information is shared.
How long will your information will be stored
We will retain your information for the duration of the services we provide. Once you cease using our services, we will remove and destroy all personal data related to you as follows:

First appointment booking- If you don’t enrol to my service, I will delete them within seven working days from that decision or cancelled first appointment.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy - Retained for seven years after your last visit.

Coaching - Information will be retained for up to 6 years following your last session.
Your information is held securely
Data you enter on the website is stored on wix.com data storage and in wix.com applications. All paper files are held in a locked cabinet. All digital files are password protected.

Access to your information
You are entitled to know what information is held about you. You are entitled to request all information stored about you. If you require this, please, contact us through the website or through email (therootshealing@gmail.com ). We will respond to your enquiry within 30 days.
