Booking Terms

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you are providing consent to receive the requested service. Please, feel free to reach out before making your booking if you have any question.

Sessions can be scheduled through email at theRootsHealing@gmail.com or through the online booking form.

A session is officially booked when we send you a confirmation email or message. The sessions must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

 

The duration of each session depends on the service selected and displayed on the website.

 

Current fees for sessions are available on the website. We reserve the right to adjust these fees periodically, but this will not affect sessions that have already been booked.

 

Bespoke sessions are possible and will receive individual quotes.

 

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or as cash payments in case of in-person sessions. Online sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled time via bank transfer or PayPal.

 

Please note that no-shows or late cancellations will incur full payment due by the next working day, if not paid already. Cancellations or adjustments to the confirmed service or timing can be done up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

 

Receipts and/or invoices can be provided upon request.
