About Us

The Roots Healing Collaborate is founded by two friends/practitioners, passionate about inner health and wellbeing, self-nurturing qualities and healing through constant inner development and personal evolution. Our deeply resonating spiritual paths, nature connection and trauma informed awareness, is radically rooted in the belief that wellbeing is a complex quantum web of occurrences. A phenomenon manifesting itself on physiological, psycho-emotional, energetic and somatic representations in the body and beyond it. Influenced by various elements expressed by genetics, lifestyle, family dynamics and systems, community, work-environment, inter and intrapersonal relationships and nature connection.

To restore health, vitality and inner sense of belongingness, one needs to go on a journey of self-discovery and deeper transformative healing. It starts with recognising and honouring the nervous system’s natural ability to recuperate and that everything's coming from our inner landscape. Hence, we are the drivers of our rooted realties, truths and processes. At roots healing, our core purpose is to support and extend a loving, heart-centred presence and space, for the collective to work, grow, heal and integrate through treatments in-person and/or distantly.

Services

01.

We offer deep healing session through presence, self-discovery and integration. The sessions are holistically embedded in breathwork, meditation, nature work and compassionate inquiry. Healing is a non-linear, complex process of self-acceptance, compassion, inner discovery and self-awareness. It is effective when integrated with openness at conscious and subconscious levels. Our treatment processes at Roots Healing, creates an inner ability to heal, repair and recover.

Craniosacral therapy brings in a deep transformation in one’s overall well being. It engages with full body healing, restoring the nervous system’s natural rhythm, quality, symmetry & vitality. It is a deep process executed in a quiet, calm and a grounded space. There is some use of dialogue in the moment during the process, to ensure utmost safety, care and an open expression between practitioner and the client.

02.

We offer intensive one-on-one consultation / support work in-person, distant or at other locations. These 5-10 days one-on-one or group treatments incorporate deep healing sessions, coaching, meditation, breathwork and NLP to help you gain clarity by acknowledging and working with the deepest parts of your psyche and shadow awareness.

An Insight of Who We are

Aimy

My story is coming from a space of an intense healing journey. A recovery of ages while being on a constantly deeper path of self-improvement. It continues as a profound long walk in the woods, honoring self-realisation and acceptance. I am strengthening and integrating these experiences, through various training, learning and practices that I share openly in a flexibly free space.

It has been a beautifully aching dive into self-discovery & efficacy, with a sense of repair. Giving me a purpose and meaning to the support I provide, as a carer and a friend wholeheartedly. A kind and humbling way of seeing, feeling, hearing and understanding life as it comes.

Treating clients is like a lotus unfolding. Keeping my spacious, grounding ability as a way to in-depth healing. I feel nourished and grateful to be sharing my inner experiences and deeper offerings with you in our shared moments, on and off the couch (in-person and distance healing).

The love to bring in awareness blended with an empowering sense of self, emerging in my connections, is a trusted safe space. A relationship of reflective practices. As they bring about the best in us.

If there’s a calling in you to go inwards, on an in-depth heart-based journey, then I’m ready to hold your hands and walk with you. Trusting that our inner shared friendliness is a reflection of inner light and healing. And I am welcoming you in a space of unity, safety & joy.

In the era of noise, rushing and fighting for survival, sudden shocks in life forces us to stop and listen. This is how I found craniosacral therapy. I have been doing tai chi practices over two decades strengthening balance, physical and mental health which in turn enabled me to live a healthy, harmonious life. But I was ‘too busy’ to understand myself at deeper levels and change my underlying unhealthy behaviours. After a personal event, however, craniosacral therapy helped me to regain my grounding and ease the pain by revealing and supporting me to work through my deepest, unmet, undigested life experiences and traumas. It is a deep and an ongoing process, which has transformed my life.

My compassionate craniosacral practice is anatomy, physiology, pathology, first aid and trauma informed, but the focus is on the vitality, limitless possibilities and humanity of the person. I treat clients both in-person or distantly.

I complement my practice with mindfulness practices like yoga, meditation and walking. I enjoy active sports and playing music. I value nature-connection and human relations.
