My tai chi and meditation practices bringing in presence and grounding to the treatment process. I value nature-connection, loving-kindness and human relations.

Aimy

I am a registered cranio-sacral therapist on a deep transformational path of healing, interconnectedness, learning and sharing. The journey of self discovery and evolution is eternal, hence the inner work continues. I am bringing in the quality of loving kindness, self compassion and acceptance through my treatments.

Is a gentle hands on and off, non-invasive, non-judgemental, rather a holistic approach of integrated Bio-dynamism. CST can help alleviate chronic pain, on an emotional, physical, psychological, energetic and subtle levels. Providing a deep sense of relaxation, homeostasis, healing and an inner ability of repairing through treatment processes, according to individual needs. CST brings in a deep transformation in one’s overall well being. It engages with full body healing, restoring the nervous system’s natural rhythm, quality, symmetry & vitality. 

CST is a deep process executed in a quiet, calm and a grounded space.There is some use of dialogue in the moment during the process, to ensure utmost safety, care and an open expression between practitioner and the client.

Coaching is a unique way of partnering in the moment with a client, facilitating a process by taking them inwards on a journey of self discovery, awareness and deeper possibilities. By asking powerful, meaningful yet open ended questions, creating aha moments in unison as the process unfolds. A deeply compassionate way to inquire and let the field take its own clean course.
